Idaho Judge Rejects Travel Management Plan

Idaho - Federal Magistrate Judge Ronald Bush has struck down the Forest Service' travel management plan for the Salmon-Challis National Forest.  Environmentalists had argued that plan gave too much access to ATVs and other vehicles that can cause damage to established trails, wetlands, vegetation and stream banks.  You can read about it at the Victoria Advocate here.
