Pro Se Man Wins Appeal On Huron-Manistee Plan

Admittedly, the 6th Circuit can be a bit goofy.  The federal appeals court backed an appeal brought by a Michigan man who challenged the Forest Plan as favoring multiple uses over those who just want peace and quiet.  You can read the blurb at the Chicago Tribune.  This isn't Mr. Meister's first lawsuit.  Apparently, this guy has a lot of time on his hands to litigate with the Forest Service.  I guess it's the new hobby for baby boomer, ex-hippy, retirees.  Check out the full text decision here.

We'll continue to follow up on this important decision and it's implications.
