Environmentalists File Appeal Over Kaibab Logging Project

Arizona - The Center For Biological Diversity issued this press release about its administrative appeal over planned logging near the Grand Canyon.  The group claims that the Warm Fire Recovery Project will detrimentally disturb fragile soils and is not economically feasible.  The project calls for logging across 9,100 acres and includes re-planting confers over 10,000 acres.  You can read more at KSWT.com
