Wyoming Opposition Growing Over Maloney's Wilderness Bill

Manhattan Congresswoman, Carolyn Maloney, is trying her best to jam a massive wilderness bill down the throats of those in the Northern Rockies.  Her bill, H.R. 980, the Northern Rockies Ecosystem Protection Act (NREPA), would designate more than 24 million acres of land in five states as wilderness.  However, despite singer/songwriter Carole King's vocal support, opposition to the bill is beginning to gain steam in Wyoming and may already be dead if it makes the Senate.  You can read more at the Pinedale Roundup.
