Washington - America's favorite logging team has established its own legal defense fund. As you may recall, the State of Washington is pursuing the famous Ax Men logging team for failing to have a permit to reclaim those precious logs from area rivers. To help out the S&S team visit their site here.

Couldn't have said it any better...
Americas favorite logging team? Are you nuts? The older geezer is a jerk,a loud mouth and a total idiot. The kid needs to leave this moron and get his own life.

Let them make a living by stealing natural resources? Yeah sure, why don't we all go to water ways and forests and rape the land/ habitat? I am in no way a "tree hugger" but the DNR has rules for a reason and we all must abide by them.

That statement makes you a radical treehugger. The logs S&S get were already cut and were being floated down the river when they either sank or jammed. A log in the river is no NATURAL resource. Try and use your brain next time, before you post.

I liked to watch the show until after some googling I found out they're actually doing it illegally! Why there are no more reality shows from real bank robberies, hi speed chases, etc...just ask History channel to join the gang when they're doing 'easy money'! I mean, think about it, who want's to sit on the coutch and watch honest workers anymore...? I do.

The logs contained in the rivers of Washington or any other river in the united states are NOT the property of the state or federal government, they are litter by definition, and have not occurred naturally by way of growth under water, I am certain if a group of people , or individuals were to remove common trash or other debris from the rivers they would be applauded, the removal of these logs is not a criminal act, of course I have read a lot as to these men being criminals, has anyone failed to see or even given notice that the IRS is not involved, oh, they must of paid there taxes then, I am sure that once this is challenged they will be victorious, if these rivers were to flood there banks and deposit these logs onto private property, would the State pay the landowner to remove them, No, and since the State has claimed ownership of said Logs I am assuming that if a person, or family were to drown as a result of the "deadheads" the the State of Washington would be liable for the value of the lives that there "proprty" has caused the deaths of ? "ATTENTION ALL RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, IF YOU OR ANY VESSEL HAS BEEN DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF THE TIMBER IN ANY AND ALL RIVERS WITHIN SAID STATE, THEN CONTACT THE DNR AND REQUEST IMMEDIATE REIMBURSMENT BECAUSE THEY HAVE PUBLICLY ADMITTED OWNERSHIP OF THAT WITH CAUSED YOU HARM"
