Major Ruling From Federal Court In Pennsylvania

Posted by nationalforestlawblog at 12:06 PM on December 16, 2009

Pennsylvania - Federal Judge Sean McLaughlin has issued a blockbuster opinion in favor of the Oil and Gas industry.  He ruled that the Forest Service had no right to block industry from accessing its mineral rights on the Allegheny National Forest while awaiting an EIS.  This is a big win for the industry and a blow to environmental groups who had settled their suit with the Forest Service for failing to prepare environmental impact statements.  3rd Circuit here we come.  I'll post the full text decision when I can.  The Bradford Era has the story.

Someone deleted a variety of links from hellshare and megaupload servers.

From now, we will use as our main url shortener, so every link will be there and visible for everyone.

You can pick out from many great short url names like: and many others.

They include above 60 different available domains and the url shortener service work well for free without any registration needed.

So we assume it is good idea and propose you to use url redirect service too!

Thank you.
