San Francisco To Pay $7million to Feds

California - According to several reports the city of San Francisco will pay $7 million to the federal government to settle two lawsuit alleging that national forest fires were the fault of the city's water and power agency.  You can read more at the San Jose Mercury News, Fresno Bee, and at mymotherlode.com.
