Waldo Lake Motor Boat Ban Agreement

Oregon - Despite an ongoing dispute over who owns Waldo Lake in the Willamette National Forest, the State of Oregon and the Forest Service have signed an accord banning motorized boating on the lake.  You can read about it at the Eugene Register-Guard.  The ban has another hurdle ahead, but would ban all motors with the exception of electric motors on the lake.

They banned ALL motorized boats? Even little ones? What about for the lake coast guard or security? How will they help people fast enough?
