Wyoming - A federal judge has fined a homeless man $50 for overstaying his welcome in the Bridger-Teton National Forest. A permit will only allow you to camp in the wilderness for a matter of days. Instead, it appears that up to 200 people are living and camping in the forest and "commuting" to Jackson. You can read more at the Casper-Tribune.
