Arizona Federal Judge Mary Murguia ruled that the Forest Service adequately considered the risks of using reclaimed water for snow. In addition, the court held that the plaintiffs waited too long to bring their challenges. You can read more at the Arizona Daily Sun. The environmental and Indian groups say they will appeal. (And they will lose again).
