The Missoulian reports today here that the Montana FWP and a coalition of hunters, ranchers and commonsense Montanans have formed in an attempt to seek Congressional action. The group seeks to overturn Judge Molloy's decision that relisted the wolves and removed them from state management. Despite the fact that wolf populations have nearly tripled the target of 450 wolves, environmentalists have sued seeking greater protection. The groups have the ear of Montana's congressional delegation who promise to seek legislative measures to return the wolves to state management.
